N REIT, der immerhin schon ne MK von 100Mio hat. Die noch junge Firmenhistorie weist nen vernünftigen Kurs und Dividendenverlauf auf.

Was ich sehe ist ein riesiger Hebel. Kleiner Einbruch im Immo Sektor und die Bude ist weg...aber das wisst Ihr ja bestimmt. Hier wettet einfach jemand anders mit Deinem Geld.

So komplexe Firmenstrukturen können aber auch benutzt werden um Gelder abzuziehen bzw. den Aktionären zu entziehen. Viel Risiko...
