Auch SAFE heute mit Zahlen. Earnings leicht gesteigert - aber die Erwartungen nicht erfuellt....
Nicht erfuellt ist also ein Anlass dass der Kurs kurz nach Eroeffnung schnell mal ueber knapp 10% steigt, nur um dann wieder 8% zu fallen..ist halt so - die Kerze hat zumindest was...
Mal guggen was ROKU spaeter veranstaltet...implizierte Kursbewegung (nach Reuters) wohl so um die +/- 17%

Safety, Income and Growth (SAFE) came out with quarterly earnings of $0.25 per share, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.32 per share. This compares to earnings of $0.24 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.
This quarterly report represents an earnings surprise of -21.88%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this real estate investment trust would post earnings of $0.20 per share when it actually produced earnings of $0.23, delivering a surprise of 15%.
Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus EPS estimates just once.
