Gut möglich das die Zinsen und damit auch die Bauzinsen langfristig relativ niedrig bleiben, da die hohe EU-Staatsverschuldung in den südeuropäischen Ländern, gar keine andere "Politik" zuläßt.
Nur ein Anstieg auf ein Normalmaß von 3% hätte schon fatale Folgen.
Ich halte japanische Verhältnisse für absolut möglich.
