Hmmm....willst du selbst nix vorbringen und auf meine Fragen eingehen?
Weil der amerikanische Kongress etwas authorisiert hat, oder der amerikanische Praesident, ist das ja nicht automatisch eine humanitaere Heldentat. USAID ist steuerfinanziert (nicht Spenden), da sollte es in einer Demokratie keine Geheimnisse geben duerfen.
Es waere ja an dir zu erklaeren warum solche Interventionen aus humanitaerer Sicht unverzichtbar sind und warum die Kosten vom amerikanischen Steuerzahlergetragen werden muessen. Und warum da z.B. dann der Nationale Sicherheitsrat bei LGBT Organizations in Vietnam mitmischen muss koenntst du auch klaeren:
