Ja klar, die Bestrebungen gehen hin zu Dienstleistungen ändert aber nichts an der Tatsache das ein Iphone ein Luxus Produkt ist. Ähnlich wie LVMH dürfte es im falle einer Rezession zu einer neu Bewertung kommen.

Apple (AAPL) came out with quarterly earnings of $2.58 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $2.03 per share. This compares to earnings of $2.18 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an earnings surprise of 27.09%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this maker of iPhones, iPads and other products would post earnings of $2.09 per share when it actually produced earnings of $2.55, delivering a surprise of 22.01%.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus EPS estimates four times.

Apple, which belongs to the Zacks Computer - Mini computers industry, posted revenues of $59.69 billion for the quarter ended June 2020, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 14.92%. This compares to year-ago revenues of $53.81 billion.

mit der gestern erreichten Marktkapitalisierung für Apple von USD 2 Billionen, ist ein einziges Unternehmen praktisch gleich viel "Wert", wie der gesamte US-Small Cap Index Russell 2000, der auf eine Marktkapitalisierung von ca. $ 2.25 Billionen kommt.

Noch vor 1 Jahr war die Differenz noch rund $ 1.4 Billionen - zu Gunsten Russell 2000 Index.....

Dabei war Apple 2001 so gut wie Pleite. Mag mich noch gut erinnern, wie ein gewisser Bill Gates 2000 für 40 Milliarden Microsoft Aktien verkaufte, seine Stiftungen gründete, und 2001 mit 100 Millionen bei Apple, Kurs damals ca. 4 Dollar, einstieg. Man muss den Bill Gates ja nicht mögen, aber ein glückliches Händchen hatte er allemal.
