Pioneer Natural Resources Company Increases Dividend on Common Shares

Pioneer Natural Resources Company (PXD) (“Pioneer” or “the Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors approved an increase in the Company’s semiannual cash dividend from $0.16 per share to $0.32 per share on Pioneer’s outstanding common stock (equivalent to $0.64 per share on an annualized basis). The dividend is payable April 12, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 29, 2019.

Pioneer Natural Resources: 1Q Earnings Snapshot

RVING, Texas (AP) _ Pioneer Natural Resources Co. (PXD) on Monday reported first-quarter earnings of $350 million.

On a per-share basis, the Irving, Texas-based company said it had net income of $2.06. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to $1.83 per share.

The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of 17 analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.61 per share.

The independent oil and gas company posted revenue of $2.41 billion in the period, also exceeding Street forecasts. Eight analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $2.17 billion.
